Delivery to a relay point is free in France from 80€ of purchase! It costs €4 for any order under €80.
For France we also offer home delivery (€6) as well as 24-hour express delivery (€12).
For delivery to a country other than France we only offer home delivery at the moment. The price changes depending on the destination address (the price is calculated at the last step of the order).

Once the item has been returned and after verification of its conformity, we will offer you a credit note or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. After shipping, you will need to return the item to us after receipt in order to obtain a refund.
If your order includes several items, you may receive them in different packages. This will depend on available stock and shipping warehouses. Rest assured, your package is on its way 😊

The addition of a word is done before validating the order:
- Add the desired item(s) to the cart
- Click on Shopping Cart: a window opens with the message "Do you have a (love) message to send to the recipient of the order?"

We never slip invoices into our packages.
