We deliver worldwide ✈️

Delivery to a relay point is free in France from 80€ of purchase! It costs €4 for any order under €80.

For France we also offer home delivery (€6) as well as 24-hour express delivery (€12).

For delivery to a country other than France we only offer home delivery at the moment. The price changes depending on the destination address (the price is calculated at the last step of the order).

Don't panic, we will send you a brand new package!

To do this, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr by sending us a few photos 📸

Would you like to return your item to us (you are not satisfied with it, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem, we take care of everything 😊!

We will send you a free return slip that you just need to stick on your package 📦 (valid for returns from mainland France only).

To obtain your return slip, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Once the item has been returned and after checking its conformity, we will offer you a credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

Would you like to return your item to us (you are not satisfied with it, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem 😊!

We will send you a return slip to slip into the package 📦 as well as the delivery address (delivery costs are your responsibility).

To do this, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Once the item has been returned and after checking its conformity, we will offer you a credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with its tracking number.

You can then follow the progress of your package on our dedicated page: Order Tracking .

For any changes concerning your order (delivery address, items ordered, etc.) we invite you to contact us by email at contact@maison-scarlett.fr

You can use your promo code at the time of ordering, at the payment stage. Enter it in the space provided for this purpose and click on “Validate”. The discount will then be automatically applied to your basket. If this is not the case, we invite you to contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr

Once payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email summarizing your order.

Remember to check your spam if you have not received a confirmation email.

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. After shipping, you will need to return the item to us after receipt in order to obtain a refund.

If your order includes several items, you may receive them in different packages. This will depend on available stock and shipping warehouses. Rest assured, your package is on its way 😊
