Delivery

We do everything to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and safely:

• Delivery is offerte to relay point from 80€ purchase (in mainland France).
• Below:
  • €4 at relay point
  • €6 at home
• For those in a hurry: the 24-hour express delivery is available at €12 🚀

Orders are shipped within 24 working hours, then generally delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

We deliver to most countries around the world. Costs and delivery times are automatically displayed when ordering. If your country is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr.

Return, exchange and refund

You have 60 days to change your mind!

• returns are free from mainland France.

• The product must simply be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Write to us atcontact@maison-scarlett.fr: we will send you a prepaid return label.

Upon receipt and verification of the product, we proceed to reimbursement within 3 to 5 working days (via the same payment method as the order).

If your order contained free products, consider returning them as well to receive a full refund.

Extended return for the holidays

During major gift events (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day), the return period is extended to 60 days after the date of the event. This deadline applies automatically for all orders placed in the 2 months preceding the high point.

You can therefore buyin advance, offer with peace of mind, and still have the option of returning the product to us if it is not suitable.
