Maison Scarlett collects the following data:

Maison Scarlett does not keep any banking data; these are directly transmitted securely to these PCI-DSS approved service providers.

4.Data recipients
Personal data is intended only for Maison Scarlett and its authorized subcontractors in the context of site management, orders and marketing:

No personal data is sold to third parties.
5. Data retention period
Maison Scarlett retains personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and in compliance with legal obligations.
The data linked to the customer account is retained as long as the account is active, then for a period of three years from the last activity or last contact.
The data relating to orders and invoicing are kept for ten years, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations.
The data used for commercial prospecting purposes (newsletter subscription, email campaigns, advertising) are kept for three years from the last contact from the customer or prospect.
Finally, the browsing data (cookies and tracers) are kept for a maximum period of thirteen months, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.
At the end of these periods, the data is either deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
6. User Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, everyone has the following rights:

Maison Scarlett implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction (SSL encryption, secure hosting, restricted access, regular backups).
However, no system is infallible and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8.Data transfers outside the European Union
Certain data may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular to Shopify (Canada/United States), Meta, Google or Klaviyo (United States).
These transfers are carried out within the framework of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, guaranteeing a level of protection in accordance with the GDPR.

Maison Scarlett may send its customers or prospects information and commercial offers:
