What is the delivery delay ?

Delivery is free in France from 80€ purchase! Below this amount, delivery costs €4 to a relay point and €6 to your home.

We deliver in 3 to 4 working days in France. And a 24-hour express option is available (at €12) 🚀

How much is shipping ?

We offer shipping costs for all orders over €80 to France 🇫🇷

For delivery to another country the price changes depending on the destination address (the price is calculated at the last stage of the order).

Don't panic, we will send you a brand new package!

To do this, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr by sending us some photos 📸

I would like to return an item delivered in France

Would you like to return your item to us (you are not satisfied with it, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem, we take care of everything 😊!

We will send you a free return slip that you just need to stick on your package 📦 (valid for returns from mainland France only).

To obtain your return slip, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Once the item has been returned and after checking its conformity, we will offer you a credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

I would like to return an item delivered in a country other than France

Would you like to return your item to us (you are not satisfied with it, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem 😊!

We will send you a return slip to slip into the package 📦 as well as the delivery address (delivery costs are your responsibility).

To do this, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Once the item has been returned and after checking its conformity, we will offer you a credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).
