Delivery is Free delivery in France for purchases over €80! Below this amount, delivery is €4 to a collection point and €6 to your home.

We deliver in 3 to 4 working days in mainland France. And a 24-hour express option is available (at €12) 🚀

We offer free shipping for all orders over €80 to France 🇫🇷

For delivery to another country, the rate varies depending on the destination address (the rate is calculated at the last step of the order). Additional customs fees may apply depending on the country.

To do this, simply contact us at the address contact@maison-scarlett.fr by sending us some photos 📸

I wish to return an item delivered to France

Do you want to return your item (you are not satisfied, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem, we'll take care of everything 😊!

We will send you a free return slip that you just need to stick on your package 📦 (valid for returns from mainland France only).

To obtain your return slip, simply contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once the item has been returned and after checking its conformity, we will offer you a credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).

I wish to return an item delivered to a country other than France

Do you want to return your item (you are not satisfied, the item is defective or damaged)? No problem 😊!

We will send you a return slip to include in the package 📦 as well as the delivery address (delivery costs are your responsibility).

To do this, simply contact us at the address contact@maison-scarlett.fr within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the item has been returned and after checking its conformity, we will offer you a credit or a refund (the item must be unused and in its original packaging).
